One on One Training
Strictly one on one where I’m with you for that half hour or hour period .
3 to 4 ppl max. Each workout is still individualized although performed within an engaging group setting.
Build Lean Muscle
Workouts are tailored to push your body past its limits to reach a lean, toned and healthy physique.
Some clients come to me to lose weight, some to gain weight, and some to just tone up and feel better. I tailor each client’s programs to specifically meet their individual needs.

Where are Private and Group Training sessions held?
Training sessions, both private and group are mainly held in a gym, (Floral Park Fitness Studio) or at a facility of your choice, as long as the trainer has an opening at that time.
